Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations of conference registration by May 23rd, 2025 will be subject to a processing fee of 50% of the total cost. After May 23rd, 2025, we are unable to issue refunds since we will not be able to recoup most expenses (such as catering).
Registrations may be transferred to another person without an administration fee up to June 17th, 2024. The recipient of a transfer may owe a balance if their registration is more expensive than the original amount paid (e.g. transfer from a member to a non-member), but no refund will be given if the transfer recipient opts for a less expensive registration option (e.g. registration with workshops transferred to an individual not participating in workshops).
Association memberships are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
