We have secured 4 day CEEA2015 Conference Parking Passes valid from May 31 to June 3, for $40 with in and out privileges for all gated lots on the main campus (Regular parking on the main campus is $20/day for visitors without in/out). These passes can be purchased with CASH ONLY a the Conference Registration desk on Sunday and Monday (May 31 and June 1) mornings.
For conference registrants attending only Tuesday or Wednesday (June 2 and 3), they can just purchase regular main campus parking for $20/day at the parking lot as it will be the same price or cheaper than the 4 day conference parking pass (however, these do not have in and out privileges).
Student parking lots off the main campus (lots M, P) are also available for the regular rate of $7/day, with a shuttle bus service to main campus.
McMaster's parking map can be found at the following web link: http://parking.mcmaster.ca/Map.html
Where can visitors park?
-Lots for CEEA2015 parking pass: B, C, D, E, G, H, I (see parking map for locations).
-Lots for regular visitor parking: B, C, D, E, G, H, I, M, P (see parking map for locations).
Where do visitors pay for parking?
-For CEEA2015 parking pass: at Conference Registration Desk in MDCL, CASH ONLY
-For regular visitor parking: Visitors in gated lots can pay at the paystation located inside the parking lot.
What is the parking lot use procedure?
Visitors receive a ticket at time of entry into a gated lot. The ticket notes the time of entry. Before exiting, the visitor must insert their ticket into the paystation machine and pay for the time spent in the lot. Payment methods include cash, credit card, or departmental rebate vouchers(CEEA2015 parking pass). The visitor can then re-insert their (now paid-for) ticket into the automated machine at the exit gate, which will cause the gate arm to lift and allow the vehicle to exit.
