Graduate Attributes and Continuous Improvement Process (GACIP)
We encourage you to mark Monday, December 18th as the date for our 10th Annual Event! This year’s Summit will focus on the current reality of graduate attribute and continuous improvement (GA/CI) processes in engineering education, and the future possibilities for building robust processes for evidence-based continuous improvement. Attendees are asked to indicate which sessions you will attend for planning purposes.

SESSION 1: Pre Event GA/CI Concepts Workshop (2 – 4 pm EST)
- Suitable for first time attendees and those looking for an overview of principles behind graduate attribute assessment and continuous improvement processes
- Interactive workshop using the EGAD 6 Step Guide model
Tuesday Dec 19th
EVENT WELCOME AND OPENING (11 to 11:15 am EST)
SESSION 2: CEAB Updates and Program Insights (11:15 am – 1pm EST)
- Update from CEAB on recent changes and common issues
- Update from the Futures of Engineering Accreditation Project
- Insights from three engineering programs on their approach to common GA/CI challenges
SESSION 3: Future Possibilities for Building Robust CI Processes (1:30 – 4 pm EST)
- Interactive workshop using examples and case studies focused on course-level, program-level, and process-level continuous improvement.
- Intended to support actionable and meaningful evidence of learning
